Short Information: Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has activated the Bihar STET 2025 Father Name Correction facility. Eligible candidates can make corrections from 25 May to 05 June 2026 through the official portal.

Application Fee

Gen/OBC/EWS: ₹960/- for Paper I or II; ₹1440/- for Both Papers
SC/ST/PWD: ₹760/- for Paper I or II; ₹1140/- for Both Papers
Payment Mode: Online via Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Card, or Mobile Wallet

Notification: Age Limits As On 01 August 2025

Minimum Age: 21 Years
Maximum Age: 37 Years for Male candidates
Maximum Age: 40 Years for Female UR and BC/EBC Male & Female candidates
Maximum Age: 42 Years for SC/ST Male & Female candidates
Age Relaxation: As per rules

Bihar STET	N/A	For Secondary Teacher (Class 9–10, Paper I): Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject with at least 50% marks and B.Ed. For Senior Secondary Teacher (Class 11–12, Paper II): Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject with Second Division and B.Ed.; B.Ed. is not required for Computer Science. SC/ST/EBC/BC/Divyang candidates receive 5% marks relaxation.
