ASI (X-Ray Technician)	01	10+2 and 2-year Diploma in Radiography from a recognized institution.
ASI (Lab Technician)	05	10+2 with Science and 2-year Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT).

Enter your Registration Number or Roll Number and Password or Date of Birth.
