Short Information: Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) has released the notification for Class 9th admissions for the academic session 2027-28 through the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST). Eligible candidates can submit the online application from 02 September 2026 to 30 September 2026. There is no application fee for any category.

Eligibility Details

NVS Class 9th Admission 2027-28	Candidates must be residents of the district where the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya is located and should have passed the Class 8 examination from a government or government-recognized school in the same district. Candidates must apply for admission to the Navodaya school located in their district of residence.
